Terms of Acceptance for Drivers on the Ginnii Platform

These Terms of Acceptance outline the conditions under which self-employed drivers (“Drivers”) may use Ginnii’s online platform to receive and complete transportation service requests. By signing up and using the Ginnii Taxi Driver App, you (“Driver”) agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Purpose and Functionality
   • Ginnii operates as a technology provider that facilitates communication between Drivers and users who seek transportation services (“Passengers”) through the Ginnii Taxi Passenger App.
   • Ginnii is not a transportation provider, and no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship exists between Ginnii and the Drivers. All Drivers operate as independent, self-employed contractors and are solely responsible for providing transportation services.
     
     
2. Driver Responsibilities and Conduct
   • Drivers are fully responsible for the provision of services, including the safety and condition of their vehicles, maintenance, licensing, insurance, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
   • Drivers agree to use the Ginnii Taxi Driver App solely for its intended purpose, which includes accepting and completing transportation jobs as requested by Passengers.
   • Drivers must ensure courteous, safe, and professional conduct at all times when interacting with Passengers and agree to provide services in compliance with any and all local regulations regarding transportation services.
     
     
3. Ginnii’s Role and Limitations
   • Ginnii does not employ Drivers, does not manage or oversee services provided by Drivers, and does not assume liability for the quality or safety of the services rendered by Drivers.
   • Ginnii serves solely as a technology platform facilitating communication between Passengers and Drivers and is not responsible for Passenger or Driver interactions, conduct, or any disputes arising from the transportation services.
   • Ginnii reserves the right to deactivate or suspend Drivers from the Ginnii Taxi Driver App at its discretion in cases of misconduct, non-compliance with terms, or other grounds deemed necessary.
     
     
4. Driver Warranties and Representation
   • Drivers represent and warrant that they are legally authorized to provide transportation services within the geographic areas served by Ginnii and that they possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance as required by law.
   • Drivers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for managing their income, taxes, and any other liabilities arising from their self-employed status.
     
     
5. Payment and Fees
   • Ginnii will charge drivers 7% of all completed transportation services in accordance with the Ginnii payment schedule and terms outlined in the Driver’s account. A 20p transaction charge will be applied to all payments made by customers in the app and deducted from drivers payments.
     
     
6. Data Protection and Privacy
   • By using the Ginnii Taxi Driver App, Drivers consent to Ginnii’s collection, use, and processing of personal data as outlined in Ginnii’s Privacy Policy, which includes sharing certain information with Passengers as necessary to facilitate bookings and transportation services.
     
     
7. Amendments and Updates
   • Ginnii reserves the right to modify these Terms of Acceptance at any time. Drivers will be notified of any updates through the Ginnii Taxi Driver App or via the email provided upon registration.
   • Continued use of the Ginnii Taxi Driver App following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
     
     
8. Acceptance of Terms
   • By signing up for and using the Ginnii Taxi Driver App, Drivers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Acceptance, and confirm their independent, self-employed status.
